Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Your shopping cart reflects an estimated shipping cost, based on the shipping method you chose. This cost assumes all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an additional charge. When we process your order we will make any necessary adjustments in shipping costs and notify you of changes via email. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Shipping of items is available to all of the United States.

RETURN POLICY

Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. They must be returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in new, unused condition
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

For hygienic reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Bath safety equipment

The following products require a 10% restocking fee for returns:

  • Lift chairs
  • Power wheelchairs
  • Custom wheelchairs
  • Vehicle lifts

The following products are custom-made by the manufacturer and are non-returnable:

  • Lift chairs with custom fabrics and/or heat and massage

The following are final price items and are non-returnable:

  • Sale items

Return Authorizations

  • A return authorization form must be filled out for all returns. Once this form has been filled, the product must be returned within 14 days

  • You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to fill out a return authorization form

  • Any returns received without first filling out a return authorization form will not be credited
